A Primary School Teacher and SEND Coordinator is needed at a Swaffham based Primary school to assist them with their recruitment ahead of 2025. The school is part of a large Multi Academy Trust, which has schools across the East.

The successful candidate will have a national SENCO award, or be willing to work towards it, as well as having previous experience working with SEN pupils. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is also essential.

The role involves working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that every student receives the best possible start in life. With a 4-year-old teaching responsibility in Year 1/2, the candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and expertise in curriculum planning, assessment, and delivery.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and families, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
