Electrical Systems Engineering Lead

At BAE Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Systems Engineering Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of electrical power systems for our cutting-edge projects.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in electrical engineering and management, who can provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and be a Chartered Engineer or equivalent. They will also have significant knowledge of AC and DC electrical power systems, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, providing technical advice and guidance, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
