Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead by example, treating customers as top priority, and ensuring customer-focused operations
  • Drive sales by demonstrating sales knowledge, evaluating opportunities for improvement, and focusing on employee incentives
  • Maintain operational excellence through KPIs, stock orders, inventory management, and a Health and Safety program

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in running restaurants or similar environments
  • A flexible approach to work, with a disciplined attitude
  • Experience in food environments advantageous, but not essential
  • High-level food hygiene and food safety maintenance
