About the Role

The Water Asset Leader will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe delivery of sewerage services to our customers. This involves overseeing the management of resources, including people, assets, IT, and finance, to meet regulatory and company targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead Performance Improvement Initiatives: Implement strategies to improve performance using best practices and industry-leading technologies.
  2. Manage Assets: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proactive operation and maintenance of our asset base.
  3. Develop Team Members: Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong budget planning skills, excellent technical knowledge of sewerage networks, and a good understanding of regulatory requirements.
