Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Role:
The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the Accounts Payable team to ensure the effective completion of all Accounts Payable work within procedural and audit guidelines, providing a quality service to the public and internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection of external income for Procurement Services, ensuring appropriate controls are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Efficiently discharge daily pay run processes and liaise with the recovery audit to recover potential duplicate payments, unallocated credits, and VAT overpayments.
Requirements:
We are seeking a motivated applicant with excellent analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and experience in managing a team of staff.
