Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Role Overview
The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the Accounts Payable team to ensure the effective completion of all Accounts Payable work within procedural and audit guidelines, providing a quality service to the public and internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the collection of external income for Procurement Services, ensuring appropriate controls are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Efficiently discharge daily pay run processes and liaise with the recovery audit to recover potential duplicate payments, unallocated credits, and VAT overpayments.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated applicant with excellent analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and experience managing a team of staff.
