Vulnerable Support Advocate

In this role as a Vulnerable Support Advocate, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement person-centred care plans, promoting independence and wellbeing in a supportive environment.
You will work in various settings, including nursing homes, residential care, and supported living environments, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Autism, Mental Health conditions, Disabilities (Learning and/or Physical), Personality/Behavioural Disorder(s), and Challenging Behaviours.
