We are looking for a highly skilled Vulnerable Client Support Manager to join our team in Preston. As a key member of our housing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable asylum seekers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the management of properties to ensure compliance with the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC)
  • Coordinating the onboarding and withdrawal of properties according to established procedures
  • Providing training and guidance to colleagues on property maintenance and repair
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to client issues and complaints

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between properties
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

Salary: £26,250 per annum
