Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Phoenix Software Limited, a leading IT solution and managed service provider.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bidding and tendering process across our Sales Divisions, ensuring alignment with customers' current and future business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Production: Oversee the written and editorial aspects of the entire bid and proposal development process, including communicating requirements, deadlines, and expectations to key stakeholders.
- Commercial Analysis: Conduct post-submission bid analysis to identify areas for improvement and apply strong commercial understanding throughout the bid process.
- Relationship Building: Foster strategic partnerships with vendors and build long-term relationships with key customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in bid management and delivery
- Strong commercial acumen, P&L management, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage diverse projects in a service-oriented environment
