As a key member of Proactive Global's team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Team Leader to join us at Heathrow Airport. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to lead a team of up to 12 people in support of our critical service contract at one of the world's busiest airports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of field service engineers and support staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Drive and monitor contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and obligations with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies to protect employees, customers, and the environment.
  • Coordinate resources, tools, and materials for successful service delivery, including scheduling and time entry management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Manage emergency support requests as needed to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience in technical field service, leadership, and team management.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical field service experience with proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for specialized software programs, including SVMX for service modules.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24/7 coverage, to meet the needs of the business and customers.
