The Role


We are seeking an experienced Transformational Programme Manager to lead our smooth transition to a new SAP-centric environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutover plans that minimize disruption to business operations.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement cutover plans and strategies for all UK sites within the Aspire+ Programme scope.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful execution of cutover activities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the cutover process.
  • Manage the timeline and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate cutover dry runs and rehearsals to validate processes and readiness.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and validation efforts.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to cutover stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver cutover communication and training materials to end-users.
  • Act as a point of escalation for cutover-related issues and challenges.
  • Conduct post-cutover reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.


Requirements



  • Proven experience as an ERP Cutover Manager or similar, leading business change.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale transformational projects independently.
  • Background in managing significant programs impacting Enterprise Resource Management systems.
  • Essential experience in a SAP-based manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in project management throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Solid experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration software.
