Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing bank as part of Orkney Health and Care Partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of care to individuals and families in liaison with the Senior Community nurse for the area.
- Working autonomously and as part of the wider primary care team, with excellent communication and observational skills.
- Providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and flexible team environment.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical care and a strong team-work ethic.
- Previous nursing experience is desirable, with community nursing experience being advantageous.
- Ability to work in a place with a strong sense of community and provide care to individuals and families.
