Care Support Specialist Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Enable Scotland. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with individuals to provide personalized support and enable them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or community settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.

Location: Kirkwall, KW15 1NU, Orkney.
Salary: £40,606 per annum FTE based on working 39 hours / week with 2 x overnight support / week.
Contract: Full or Part Time including flexible working - we are happy to accommodate other commitments.
