Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to join our team at ABR Talent, Customer Success Recruitment for Start-up & Scale-up SaaS businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling SaaS products, having successfully led marketing efforts from zero to market leadership.

About the Role

This role involves leading the strategic vision and execution of all marketing efforts, driving growth and brand leadership for a high-growth HealthTech solution. You will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing efforts, collaborating with internal and external support functions to ensure impactful marketing activity aligned with business goals.

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to take full control of brand awareness and lead generation, responsible for driving clinical value and patient engagement. As our first marketing hire, you will be key to helping drive revenue growth and close to securing Series-A funding.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound strategies, collaborate with internal and external support functions.
  • Manage and optimize social campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Data-driven strategies, including A/B testing and advanced growth experimentation techniques.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Visionary with a creative test-and-learn mindset, continuously driving innovation and growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the dental industry.
  • Expert in data-driven strategies, including A/B testing and advanced growth experimentation techniques.
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing social campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Totally self-motivated, able to work autonomously and own the execution of tasks.
The Package
  • A base salary up to £90k plus a bonus (£10k) making it £100k.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in a Central London location.
