We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our Direct Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating and developing your team to achieve their targets, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and representing Sales in cross-functional meetings.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Motivate and performance manage your team to achieve their targets">
  • Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to drive team efficiency and delivery">
  • Champion best practice initiatives and ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to">
  • Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings">
  • Manage stakeholders and report on team performance">
  • Recruit and onboard new talent into the Sales team">
  • Proactively problem solve and identify risks, issues or control weaknesses">
">Requirements:">
  • Experienced in working in a high-volume sales role and managing a team of sales people">
  • Proven track record of achieving set goals and high performance">
  • Experience and interest in management and/or mentoring/coaching">
  • Commercially aware with strong business acumen">
  • A strong relationship builder internally and externally">
