">Job Overview">We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our Direct Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating and developing your team to achieve their targets, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and representing Sales in cross-functional meetings.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Motivate and performance manage your team to achieve their targets">
- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to drive team efficiency and delivery">
- Champion best practice initiatives and ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to">
- Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings">
- Manage stakeholders and report on team performance">
- Recruit and onboard new talent into the Sales team">
- Proactively problem solve and identify risks, issues or control weaknesses">
- Experienced in working in a high-volume sales role and managing a team of sales people">
- Proven track record of achieving set goals and high performance">
- Experience and interest in management and/or mentoring/coaching">
- Commercially aware with strong business acumen">
- A strong relationship builder internally and externally">
- Strategic and forward thinking">
