Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kinetic PLC, a leading Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years of experience in delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing, and technical industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the Pharmaceutical industry, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reports as needed, manipulating data with respect to pivot tables, V look ups, etc.
- Manage the administration of inductions on site, working with line managers and the recruitment team.
- Gather and report on sickness data on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer changes on Employee Central, including secondments, shift changes, and leavers.
- Manage trackers for ER cases, leavers, and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Assist with project management during key site projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- High level planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with peers and management to positively impact performance.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate with strong command of Microsoft Office programmes.
