Project Manager, People Mergers and Acquisitions at Allegis Global Solutions

As a Project Manager, People Mergers and Acquisitions at Allegis Global Solutions, you will play a critical role in the successful integration of recently acquired FinTech companies. You will be responsible for overseeing project plan related activities, including defining and managing end-to-end project plans for high-profile acquisitions, and partnering closely with key stakeholders across the People team and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical capability in terms of understanding the HR aspects of M&A, adept at navigating through complexity and multi-jurisdiction legal requirements. You will also be responsible for managing effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed, raising risks or challenges, and celebrating wins.
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility between remote and office work. We expect employees in hybrid roles to work from the office two days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
