Learning and Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Hertford.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have experience working in an SEN environment and be able to provide individualised support to children with Special Educational Needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the education and development of children with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualised support to children with SEN
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working in an SEN environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for supporting children with SEN
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
