Job Title: Sales and Business Growth Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Aspion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the sales and operational teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
- Provide expert advice on products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong business development focus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in account management and/or sales is preferred, but we are also open to someone with a strong sales support background.
- The ability to think strategically and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
