Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Willing Care.

About the Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Your expertise and experience will enable you to assess and plan nursing care requirements, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan nursing care requirements for patients with mental health needs
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and administer medication as prescribed
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and interventions
  • Support patients in their recovery and promote their overall well-being
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
  • Participate in staff training and development activities
Requirements
  • RMN qualification and UK NMC PIN
  • Experience working in mental health settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
