About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team at Media IQ Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 2 junior salespeople while also selling exhibition, sponsorship, and thought leadership opportunities across an annual large-scale event for the B2B hospitality sector.

Your Responsibilities
You will be selling to any and every type of supplier who is targeting restaurants, caterers, and similar. This includes FMCG brands, artisan food producers, manufacturers of specialist kitchen equipment, and delivery providers. Although the role includes management, we will consider people without managerial experience who are keen to learn.

Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident, articulate, and outgoing with strong networking and relationship-building skills. You will also need to be eager to manage others, have a stable career history, be able to work from Crawley offices twice a week, and have a full driving licence.
