Job Description:
The Trade Counter and Customer Services Executive role is a key position within our client's business, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced trade counter environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving Customers: Provide professional and courteous service to customers on the trade counter, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Customer Payments: Manage customer payments and update internal systems accurately and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products, including technical specifications, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management as required.
- Sales Development: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including processing sales orders, placing purchase orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required, as occasional travel to other branches may be necessary.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of products and their applications is essential for providing expert advice to customers.
