About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a range of timber and building materials to contractors, housebuilders, developers, and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling timber and building materials, including hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, cladding, decking, fencing, sleepers, I-joists, and roof trusses
  • Generating floor plans for customers using Finnjoist systems
  • Providing practical advice to customers and guiding them through the design process
  • Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
  • Processing orders and making cold calls to generate new business

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have sales development experience, preferably in the timber industry. You should also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.

Salary: £35,000 per annum (estimated)
