We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Confidential Support Specialist to join our team in the City of London office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a number of Partners and Associates within our Litigation team.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and amending confidential documentation, managing diaries, arranging meetings and travel bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and amending highly confidential documentation and correspondence
  • Opening new matters, conducting AML conflict checks
  • Extensive billing, creating billing guides, creating bills, amending narratives and creating bill letters
  • Diary management, arranging meetings, conference calls, seminars, events, lunches and travel bookings
  • Taking calls and answering client queries
  • Preparing court bundles, both hard and soft copies
  • Entering and claiming expenses on behalf of the team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Legal Secretary/PA role within a law firm
  • Experience supporting a Litigation/Dispute Resolution team
