As a College Counsellor at Activate Learning, you will deliver a confidential, professional counselling service to support students at our Bracknell College campus. This role is aligned with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) code of ethics and our safeguarding policies.

Key responsibilities include providing 1-1 virtual and face-to-face counselling sessions, promoting equity of access, and ensuring a sense of welcome and privacy for all learners. You will also contribute to college staff development through workshops, training, and support.

Requirements for this role include a Diploma in Counselling and Supervision, BACP or UKCP accreditation, and experience in a similar position. You should be able to work as part of a team and possess excellent customer service skills.
