Job Title: Claims Support Specialist
">We are seeking a skilled Claims Support Specialist to join our team in Portsmouth. As a Claims Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping customers during their time of need.
You will be responsible for accurately assessing travel insurance claims, ensuring they meet policy guidelines. You will also process valid claims promptly and efficiently, minimising delays.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
