Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that empower teams to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Create Engaging Training Materials: Develop and deliver effective training programs that cater to the needs of our commercial and functional teams, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and individual learning preferences.
- Oversee Training Approvals: Ensure consistency and accuracy in training materials, and drive a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Provide Guidance on Training Design: Offer expertise on designing training for key business processes and systems, and collaborate with Business Unit and Functional Heads to conduct Training Needs Analysis and shape the annual Training Plan.
- Deliver Diverse Learning Interventions: Foster continuous growth and development through workshops, webinars, and self-directed learning, and champion a unified selling approach across Business Units, delivering training to embed our sales strategies.
- Implement Coaching Model: Empower teams for on-the-job development through a coaching model that promotes continuous learning and improvement.
- Relevant Training or Certification: Possess relevant training or certification in a related field.
- Extensive Training Experience: Have extensive experience in training design and delivery, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector.
- Commercial Dynamics: Demonstrate a strong grasp of commercial dynamics, preferably with field sales experience.
- Coaching Techniques: Possess proficiency in coaching techniques and experience in field development.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging participants and achieving learning goals.
- Scientific and Clinical Knowledge: Have the ability to comprehend scientific and clinical aspects of product portfolios.
- Planning and Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate exceptional planning and organizational abilities, with both strategic and executional proficiency.
- Collaborative Team Player: Be a collaborative team player with a knack for building strong relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
- Initiative-Driven: Be initiative-driven, capable of working autonomously while knowing when to seek guidance.
