Job Title: Site Manager for Façade Works

Ridgeway and Co is partnering with a leading commercial contractor to find a skilled Site Manager for a project in Cambridge, offering a salary of up to £80,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have strong, versatile skills to oversee façade works and later manage units envelope works. Key responsibilities include ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget, attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors, and reporting progress to senior management.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed and handling other project packages as the work advances.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing commercial projects
  • Minimum of 5 years' involvement in commercial projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire for a permanent role
  • Hands-on approach to project management
  • Excellent organisational and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills
