We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Management Professional to join our team in East Oxford. This is an excellent chance for ambitious professionals to develop their skills and progress their careers in a dynamic client-centric environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing property management services to designated clients, including renewals, repairs, deposits, and lettings accounts.
- Efficiently handling enquiries and ensuring alignment with agreed service standards.
- FOLLOWING Established Procedures/Process Maps to Meet Key Time Scales.
- Investigating/resolving queries and problems, advising/recommending courses of action on property issues.
- Liaising with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key Clients and treating them as individuals.
- Liaising/negotiating between Landlords and Tenants.
- Maintaining up-to-date information and keeping relevant parties informed about progress, particularly regarding client issues/complaints.
- Taking appropriate action to pre-empt complaints, investigating, and resolving them.
- Promoting additional services and meeting third-party referral targets.
- Applying knowledge of legal requirements.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience.
- A target-driven mindset with demonstrable evidence of achievements.
- Motivation and enthusiasm.
- High standards of service and presentation.
- Good organisational skills.
- A full driving license, own car, and business insurance.
