Estate Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Property Manager to join our East Oxford office.

This is an excellent opportunity for proactive and outgoing administrators to progress their career in a client-focused role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and upselling skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide property management services to a designated group of clients, including renewals, repairs, deposits, and lettings account.
  • Deal with enquiries efficiently and in line with agreed service standards.
  • Follow procedures and process maps to ensure key time scales are met.
  • Investigate/resolve queries and problems, advising on the best course of action.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and treat them as individuals.
  • Liaise/negotiate between Landlords and Tenants.
  • Ensure all relevant parties are informed and up to date with progress, particularly regarding client issues/complaints.
  • Manage expectations and follow up all queries.
  • Promote additional services and meet third party referral targets.
Requirements
  • Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience.
  • Target driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Display high standards of service and presentation.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Hold a full driving license, have your own car, and be insured for Business Use.
