About the Role

This fixed-term position, lasting up to 1 year, offers a competitive salary of £24,748 pro rata (£20,797 per annum). As a Learning and Development Coach, you will work closely with both curriculum and support teams to create a positive impact on our learners' experience.

Key responsibilities include attendance monitoring, representation at meetings, liaison with parents, pastoral support, and safeguarding referrals. If you have a passion for supporting young people's futures and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with young people in a supportive capacity. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
