About Montcalm Collection

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at Montcalm Collection. As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchase of products, services, and equipment for our company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure the organization gets good procurement deals.

Manage a purchasing team and ensure that the organization's procurement agreements result in desired outcomes.

Identify products, services, and equipment to be purchased, and monitor and forecast inventory to determine purchasing needs and identify costs.

Establish quality control to ensure that bought stock meets company standards.

Manage procurement budgets and prepare cost estimates.

Compile and maintain purchase records, supplier databases, and procurement contracts.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or financial management.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing.

Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.

Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
