About Montcalm Collection
We are a luxury hotel group seeking a seasoned Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing purchasing strategies that drive cost savings and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure optimal procurement processes and cost savings.
• Manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure timely and effective procurement of goods and services.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions and price volatility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and prices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
