About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Prestige Purchasing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with our clients, working closely with General Managers, Chefs, and other key stakeholders to develop the account and identify opportunities to add further value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients
  • Provide business consultancy and advice to clients to help them improve their procurement processes and maximize profitability
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • High level of IT competence, including Microsoft Windows software
