About the Role

We are seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to join our central HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including advert publication, candidate selection, and interview assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, including advert publication and candidate selection
  • Maintain accurate records for recruitment, projects, and policies
  • Support the management of content and activity on social media platforms
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment processes, including interviews and assessments
  • Respond to incoming enquiries and provide guidance to the business

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is keen to develop a career in HR. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
