Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Recruitment Director in various projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the Recruitment Director, taking tasks off their plate and ensuring timely completion.
  • Produce daily reports that are critical to the business, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the process.
  • Pre-screen candidates and perform matching tasks to ensure the best fit for our clients.
  • Assist in the development of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Assertive and able to think outside the box to solve complex recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
