Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Compliance Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Global Trade Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our EMEA operations with all applicable customs and trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures for EMEA operations
  • Monitor and analyze trade data to identify compliance risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
  • Provide training and support to EMEA teams on trade compliance best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other trade partners
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in customs and trade regulations and ensure EMEA operations are compliant
  • Lead and participate in audits and investigations to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of customs and trade regulations, including EU and UK regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
