Job Title: Children's Speech Therapist Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of our Speech Therapy department, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing high-quality speech and language therapy interventions to children referred to the service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address these disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to children.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation of treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Evidence of paediatric assessment and treatment skills.
  • Experience of working with school-age children.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
