Safeguarding Training and Supervision Coordinator

The Safeguarding Training and Supervision Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support to the Safeguarding Education Specialist and wider safeguarding team to ensure the booking, delivery, coordination, recording, and reporting of Trust safeguarding supervision and training.
Main Duties- Provide administrative support and diary management to the Safeguarding Education Specialist (SES) and safeguarding specialists in relation to safeguarding training and supervision.
- Act as the first point of contact for the SES, dealing with non-routine queries, taking highly confidential messages, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of specialist SWAST training and supervision functions.
- Maintain training and supervision databases on behalf of the SES and wider team and coordinate recording and collation of relevant data/documentation/correspondence.
- Provide administrative support at meetings as requested.
- Engage with external stakeholders, remaining professional and courteous at all times.
- Assist with CQC compliance, maintaining accurate staff safeguarding training and supervision records, and support the collation and reporting of training and supervision figures.
- Provide regular reports on attendance and non-attendance to the SES, who will report to the Head of Safeguarding.
- Responsible for supporting the development and review of safeguarding training delivery plans to deliver the training strategy.
- Work autonomously and unsupervised, following and implementing relevant policies within own area of responsibility, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to these policies as required.
- To be able to manage multiple work streams at the same time daily, being flexible and adaptable to meet the requirements.
