Adult Safeguarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our housing environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our vulnerable customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues in identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns, including training on types and signs of abuse.
- Oversee the management of complex safeguarding cases, involving both adults and children, and ensure effective data tracking and follow-up on action plans.
- Lead the development and coordination of safeguarding policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure joined-up approaches to safeguarding.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience of managing complex safeguarding cases, involving both adults and children.
- Strong understanding of legislation surrounding and relating to Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, Domestic Abuse, and reporting processes.
- Ability to coordinate safeguarding concerns and identify potential risks.
- Hold a level 3 safeguarding qualification.
