Safeguarding Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our housing environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our vulnerable customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to colleagues in identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns. This will include training on types and signs of abuse, as well as maintaining strong partnerships with statutory agencies and challenging professional differences when necessary.
You will oversee case management, data tracking, and follow up on action plans to ensure the effective implementation of safeguarding policies. Additionally, you will lead on the coordination and development of safeguarding policies, maintaining compliance with legislation and best practices.
As a Safeguarding Manager, you will manage sensitive information with discretion, supporting colleagues in dealing with difficult cases. You will also collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure joined-up approaches to safeguarding.
