Job Title: Cloud Security Program Director

A key opportunity has arisen in Intec Select for an experienced Cloud Security Program Director to lead cloud security and infrastructure programmes in London.

This role involves overseeing complex, cross-functional projects focused on improving the scalability, security, cost-efficiency, and reliability of cloud infrastructure. Collaboration with engineering, security, product, and operations teams is crucial for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale programmes that support the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive plans for cloud infrastructure and security programmes, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define programme goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Create detailed project plans, roadmaps, and documentation to facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive problem-solving and mitigation strategies.
  • Promote alignment between cloud infrastructure and security initiatives and broader organisational objectives, driving programme success.
  • Monitor programme performance and progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination between technical teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure smooth programme execution.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud computing, security, big data analytics, or cloud networking.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical programme management, preferably with a focus on cloud infrastructure or security programmes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar), networking, and security principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Russian, requiring effective communication with team members globally.
