We are seeking a Cost Estimation and Control Expert to join our construction team at beBee Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating costs for construction projects and preparing detailed quantity requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
- Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Cost Estimation and Control Expert in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
