Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Project Manager at Triumph Group, you will oversee Work Transfer projects between UK suppliers and lower-cost economies. This role involves managing project deliverables, risk assessments, and progress tracking. You will work closely with the in-region team, business functions, and suppliers to ensure smooth product/part manufacturing knowledge transfer and compliance with customer requirements.

You will also be responsible for managing POs for P/Ns in the WT Phase, exiting supplier relationships, and reporting progress to business, OpCo leadership, and corporate supply chain leadership.

Additionally, you will support the improvement of Triumph supply chain processes and support visits from LCE suppliers for business reviews and technical assessments.

Qualifications and Criteria

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent, with CIPS or APICS qualification preferred.

Required Skills:

Strong project management skills, excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to multitask. Familiarity with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Production Planning concepts, as well as excellent IT skills and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Core Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills, assertiveness, diplomacy, ability to work with senior management, autonomy, respect, agility, goal-oriented, and courage.
