Global Procurement Specialist

Triumph Group is seeking a Global Procurement Specialist to manage Work Transfer activity between its UK suppliers and those based in lower cost economies. This role requires a strong background in procurement, with experience in managing projects in line with supply chain management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, with CIPS or APICS qualification preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as collaboration and teamwork abilities, are essential for this position.

You will be responsible for managing Work Transfer Projects, defining baseline and transfer project deliverables, risk assessments, detailed project planning, action owners, progress tracking, overlap plans, CMPT & PPI alignment, and maintaining project schedules. You will also work closely with business functions such as Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management, Engineering, etc., to ensure full product/part manufacturing knowledge is transferred to the in-region team before Work Transfer is launched.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
