Building Surveyor

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and project management principles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and a strong understanding of project management principles.
