About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and dynamic nurse to join our team as a Deputy Sister in the Gynaecology service at the East Midlands Planned Care Centre.

As a Deputy Sister, you will have the opportunity to develop management and leadership skills with particular emphasis on quality and clinical standards.

You will have continuing clinical responsibility for managing the department in the absence of the ward manager, including understanding finances, staff rosters, sickness and absence, delegation and supervision of staff, and being visible and approachable for patients, staff, and visitors.
