We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Billing Operations Specialist to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our billing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our energy Flex invoices.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and validating energy Flex invoices to guarantee accuracy against contract terms and usage data.
  • Analyzing datasets related to Flex tariffs and energy consumption, demand charges, and market prices to identify anomalies, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining billing models, both internally and with third-party vendors, including projections and cost simulations.
  • Collaborating with our trading and pricing teams to support contract delivery.
  • Ensuring all billing activities comply with regulations, including renewable energy and reporting requirements.
  • Working closely with operations, finance, and the wider Yü Group to align billing with our organizational goals.
  • Building robust relationships with end customers and ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Fostering positive relationships with Flex customers to deliver high satisfaction levels with billing.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a high proficiency in energy management software.
  • The ability to interpret complex billing structures and resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and make recommendations to stakeholders.
