Resident Support Coordinator

Care UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
The Role:
- Lead and supervise your shift, focusing on delivering exceptional resident care
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective care plans
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Work closely with care assistants to promote resident independence and well-being
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable
- Proven experience in leading and supervising others is essential
- Good understanding of care planning processes and ability to administer medication
