Resident Care Advocate

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? We are seeking a Resident Care Advocate to join our team, providing person-centred care and support to our residents and their families.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support residents with personal care, meals, and activities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and carers, providing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:
  • Care Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patient and understanding approach.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
